Role OverviewAs the Account Operations Specialist I, you will perform functions to support lending and deposit lines of business, interface with internal and external customers to ensure a great customer experience, and work as a team to support other Operations personnel.
What You Will Do
Perform loan boarding/servicing functions, imaging documents, lien perfection, provide internal and external customer service, and meet performance goals for accuracy, productivity, and customer service.

Requirements
- High School degree required
- Some college preferred
- A minimum of one year of experience boarding or servicing commercial and consumer loan packages for various loan types preferred
- A minimum of one year of operational and customer service experience in a bank setting preferred
- Previous experience with vehicle titles preferred
- Strong administrative skills, including computer/word processing skills
