Job Description
As an Account Representative - Ocean Export, you will receive and edit export orders, prepare necessary documents, and arrange shipments through contracted carriers. You will also review trade regulations, communicate with vendors and government agencies, and maintain organized files and SOP manual. This role requires a high school diploma or GED equivalency, 3 years of experience in exportation of goods, and knowledge of Letters of Credit and freight movement via ocean.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the exportation of goods or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
  • Knowledge of Letters of Credit preferred
  • Knowledge of the movement of freight via ocean
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Work, Access and Excel
