Job Description
As a global third-party logistics provider, GEODIS specializes in unlocking business value in a complex world, ensuring seamless movement of goods worldwide. The Ocean Export Account Representative is responsible for receiving and editing export orders, preparing necessary documents, and arranging shipments through contracted carriers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the exportation of goods or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
  • Knowledge of Letters of Credit preferred
  • Knowledge of the movement of freight via ocean
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Work, Access and Excel
