Role OverviewAs an Account Representative, you will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge, and further develop skills needed to become a sales representative. You will cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.

Responsibilities include relationship management, cold calling and prospecting, planning and priority setting, product knowledge, achieving sales goals, and reporting.

Requirements
- The ability to move to and from potential or actual customer and associates' locations and company meetings at locations within the assigned geographic area of responsibility while holding the required insurance coverage minimums
- Use of personal electronic device that is in compliance with the company's Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) policy
- The execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibit(s), all of which were provided to the associate for review prior to execution
