Role OverviewAs an Account Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact in resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working sensitively with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. This is an office-based role at our Minnesota location. You will be part of a supportive team that values empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include generating outbound calls and fielding incoming calls, obtaining necessary estate information, negotiating payment arrangements, and accurately documenting accounts.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED

- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems
