Account Resolution Specialist

The Account Resolution Specialist will be a point of contact for members, responsible for collecting delinquent accounts and providing personalized service. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Account Resolution Specialist include working in a fast-paced environment, presenting the value of solutions, and working towards mutual goals with members. The Specialist will be responsible for collecting all delinquent accounts of consumer loans, credit cards, and other loans.

Requirements

• Three to five years of collections and/or lending experience
• High school diploma, GED, or vocational equivalent required
• Excellent verbal, written, listening skills, and proficiency in using common office applications and office equipment
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service with the ability to problem-solve
• Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and organize work tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Ownership of the customer experience through issue resolution
• Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared and feedback and coaching are welcomed
• Flexibility to work department hours including evenings and Saturdays
