Job Description
GEODIS is a global third-party logistics provider that specializes in unlocking business value in a complex world. As a Account Service Analyst, you will perform all aspects of freight brokerage customer service, identify and analyze customer requirements, and ensure that the level of service provided meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related studies
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience with a heavy concentration on brokerage operations
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems, market rate tools/software, analysis with large data sets
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of domestic transportation and documentation for all utilized modes of transport
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance associated with US truck freight brokerage
  • Excellent personnel development skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel when applicable
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
