An e-commerce focused company is seeking an Account Specialist to manage and support online marketplace operations, with a strong focus on account health, listings, inventory, and case management.
Requirements
Monitor account health dashboards daily and resolve policy violations, IP claims, and performance alerts
Open, manage, and document support cases to resolve technical or listing issues
Monitor and resolve stranded inventory to ensure product availability
Create and update product listings, including management of UPCs and SKUs
Perform accurate data entry and quality control
