Job Description
The Account Specialist role requires building external relationships with existing accounts, developing client needs and priorities, and managing complex sales and claims issues. The role involves conducting meetings with clients to educate and promote growth opportunities, as well as mentoring and coaching team members. A BA/BS and 3 years of related experience are required, with a sales license required in some areas.

  • BA/BS and a minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Sales license required where necessary or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
  • Client facing experience preferred
  • Commercial insurance experience preferred
