Account Supervisor

This hybrid role is open to individuals who can reliably commute to our headquarters in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, Monday - Thursday. As an Account Supervisor at Exfluential, you'll thrive as an adaptive strategic liaison, seamlessly bringing together client stakeholders and your internal partners. You'll lead client calls with confidence, navigate technical concepts with clarity, manage and optimize digital campaigns, and keep everyone aligned to drive high-impact results.

What You Will Do

You'll partner with clients to turn ideas into structured, executable co-op campaigns and DTC marketing programs. You'll also track key account health indicators, anticipate client needs, and mitigate churn risks. Additionally, you'll uncover and activate growth opportunities by analyzing performance metrics and identifying unmet marketing needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a digital media or agency environment
• proven hands-on experience in account management, client strategy, and campaign execution
• mature understanding of high-growth businesses and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• confidence and initiative to say 'yes' to a challenge and build repeatable processes
• high precision and attention to detail in every stage of a project
• strong eye for what works in digital marketing and ability to craft clear narratives for client presentations and reports
