Job Description
An Account Technician assists and supports licensed staff members with the servicing, production and renewal of customer insurance accounts.

Requirements

  • Assist licensed staff members with servicing, production and renewal of customer insurance accounts
  • Renew customer policy information internally
  • Create client mailings for insurance documents and notices
  • Identify premium increases and remarketing opportunities to reduce costs to clients
  • Assist Account Managers with customer requested changes and processing of endorsement documentation and billing
  • Process mail received for client accounts
  • Identify policy cancellations for Account Manager follow up
  • General account cleanup and maintenance for client accounts
