Job Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) seeks Accountable Managers (AMs) to oversee and support the design and construction of capital projects for the Wastewater Capital Program (WWCP). The selected candidates will be responsible for the achievement of project goals and milestones, ensuring that all prepared schedules, reports, and work products conform to the scope of work.

Requirements

  • Four years of full-time, satisfactory experience in electrical engineering work
  • Valid New York State Professional Engineer’s License
  • Current New York State registration as a Professional Engineer
  • Possession of a motor vehicle driver license valid in the State of New York with no restrictions
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technical skills, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
  • Knowledge of engineering design and construction industry standards and practices
