Job Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Level 1 to serve as an Accountable Manager (AM) for various projects involving City owned infrastructure at the Ashokan Reservoir. The selected candidate will manage BEDC design and construction contracts for the WSCP program and ensure that projects are managed in accordance with all BEDC Standard Operating Procedures and best practices to meet quality, safety, schedule, budget and client satisfaction commitments.

Requirements

  • Four years of full-time, satisfactory experience in mechanical engineering work
  • A valid New York State Professional Engineer's License
  • Current New York State registration as a Professional Engineer
