Job Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking three Civil Engineers to fill the position of Accountable Manager. The selected candidates will oversee and support the design and construction of capital projects for the Wastewater Capital Program (WWCP). The position involves directing the oversight of the planning, design, and construction of major capital construction projects, as well as providing day-to-day guidance and oversight to subordinates. The selected candidates must have a valid New York State Professional Engineer's License and at least four years of full-time, satisfactory experience in civil engineering work.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years of full-time, satisfactory experience in civil engineering work
  • A valid New York State Professional Engineer's License
  • Master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
