Job Description
The Montana Department of Transportation is recruiting for an Accountant 2. The position is responsible for ensuring accounting treatment is recorded in accordance with GAAP, maintaining accurate and reliable financial statements, and establishing and maintaining internal controls. The position reports to the Accounting Management Section Supervisor and does not supervise others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 4 years of related accounting experience in lieu of a degree
  • 1 year of related accounting experience
