  • Record, categorize, and reconcile company expenses and credit card transactions
  • Prepare detailed expense reports and variance analyses
  • Assist with vendor invoice processing and optimize vendor relationships
  • Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and overall efficiency
  • Serve as a mentor to colleagues on accounting practices
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to standards
  • Support internal and external audits with comprehensive documentation
