Job Description
The Accountant II position performs routine general accounting functions, including general ledger reconcilements, subsidiary system maintenance, and operational reporting.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or degree with accounting coursework and 2 years’ operational experience
  • 7 years accounting experience, 2 years with financial institutions experience
  • CPA candidate preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong oral and written skills with ability to prepare and present financial information
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to adapt to change and foster growth that results from change
  • Ability to assess processes with minimal documented procedures
  • Accounting for financial institutions preferred
