Role OverviewYou will participate in the Company's day-to-day operational accounting, including reviewing and coding credit card transactions, reconciling prepaid expenses and assets, and ensuring all transactions are recorded to the correct general ledger accounts.
What You Will Do
Participate in the month-end close process, prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations, work with the Accounting & Finance team to enhance internal controls, and execute and maintain highly-quality work to ensure accuracy and completeness of the Company's financial statements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive self-starter with 1-2 years of accounting/finance experience, experience with accounting software, and understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 1-2 years of accounting/finance experience
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft D365, Ramp, Bill.com, MaintainX) and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
