Accountant

The Accountant shall achieve and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure to complete accurate and timely reporting of the monthly financial statements. The Accountant shall also use strong attention to detail, communication skills, and understanding of GAAP requirements relating to leases to prepare new lease contracts for customers.

What You Will Do

Prepare lease contracts, participate in the preparation and analysis of the monthly financials, assist in preparing the annual budget, and assist with the expense allocation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Able to efficiently prioritize, plan, and organize workload
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to read, write, and speak English
