Role OverviewThe Accountant conducts moderately complex to complex accounting assignments with limited supervision. The role involves preparing journal entries, maintaining general ledger accounts, and reconciling sub-ledgers for month-end close. The Accountant also analyzes financial information, prepares entries to accounts, and provides records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions to support general ledger and financial statements.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include preparing month-end close, reconciling various accounts, and ensuring the integrity of data and compliance with accounting principles. The Accountant will also ensure contract and tariff rates are billed accurately, audit journal entries, and prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.

Requirements
- A minimum of three years related experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Intermediate understanding of accounting practices and procedures
- Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations
