Role OverviewETC, a global leader in entertainment and architectural lighting, rigging, and control solutions, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our London Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in the preparation of accurate monthly financial statements, delivery of high-quality management reporting, and compliance with statutory and government reporting requirements.

You'll work independently while collaborating closely with our in-office team in London and a broader global finance organization headquartered in the United States. You'll need to critically evaluate financial data, identify unusual trends or discrepancies, and investigate issues across multiple business functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable business experience
- 7+ years of job-related experience
- Completed Accountancy exams to Finalist or Qualified
- Familiarity with SAP or equivalent
- Experience in a multi-currency environment
- Experience of Integrated Standard Costing
- Experience of accounting for foreign branches and subsidiaries
- Experience of UK and EU VAT requirements
- Experience working in a Distribution/Manufacturing environment desired
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of a Senior Accountant
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks without general supervision
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP advantageous
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure & achieve tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
