Job Description
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a growing, privately held company in near Portsmouth, NH to hire a Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant accounting operations experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate posting of all transactions
  • Process payroll for multiple small entities with attention to accuracy and timeliness
  • Generate monthly financial statements and support internal reporting
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures
  • Support year end external audits
