The Maryland Department of Human Services is seeking an Accountant Supervisor II to review and supervise the work of Advanced Accountants and other Accountants, with a focus on financial transactions and generally accepted accounting principles.

Requirements

  • Review and supervise the work of Advanced Accountants and other Accountants
  • Reconcile bank accounts, gift cards, and financial transactions
  • Analyze and interpret records and reports
  • Assist internal and external auditors
  • Serve as a backup for running and reconciling D365 Check Issuance reports
  • Resolve complex accounting issues
