Role OverviewThe Entry-Level Accounting Administrator supports the Finance Department with day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities. This position is ideal for someone beginning their accounting career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn basic accounting processes and procedures.
What You Will Do
Assist with preparing and sending customer invoices, post customer payments in the accounting system, help monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances, respond to basic customer billing inquiries, and maintain organized customer files and documentation.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of accounting or administrative experience
- Basic understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Willingness to learn and take direction
