Job Description
The Accounting Administrator supports the Finance Department with day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities, providing growth opportunities within the accounting team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in accounting, Business, or related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of accounting or administrative experience
  • Basic understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
