Role OverviewThe Accounting and Finance Manager will lead the accounting and financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. You will manage the financial health of the company through effective oversight of reporting, internal controls, and operational efficiencies.
What You Will Do
Deliver 100% of monthly and quarterly financial statements on time with excellent accuracy. Complete month-end close processes within 7 business days, ensuring timely reporting. Develop reporting packages with commentary for senior management, operating management, and corporate department heads.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA preferred
- 7+ years of accounting or financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in managing financial operations in a mid-to-large organization
