Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced Accounting & Finance consultants for client engagements in the Charlotte, NC area. Opportunities may be hybrid or fully onsite, depending on the client and project requirements.
What You Will Do
General accounting, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting operations, cost accounting, product costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, FP&A, financial modeling, internal controls, SOX, audit support, compliance, ERP implementations, upgrades, process improvement initiatives, revenue and technical accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, finance transformation, special projects.

5+ years of accounting or finance experience, strong hands-on experience in one or more accounting or finance disciplines, ability to quickly adapt to new organizations, systems, and processes, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification is a plus
