Seeking an Accounting Assistant to start immediately. Responsibilities include processing customer invoices, bank and credit card reconciliations, maintaining the filing system, ad hoc Bookkeeping, check runs, and monitoring inventory.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting related ERP's
  • Intermediate Excel
  • 2+ years of relevant bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable experience
  • Ability to manage time effectively, solve problems, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
