As a Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in performing and supporting the company's core accounting operations, including accounting, payroll, and expense management, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong financial controls as the business grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in QuickBooks
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of both accrual and cash-basis accounting
  • Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
  • Accounting degree is a must and CPA is a plus
