The University Bursar's Office is seeking an Accounting Associate to support the financial administration of Military Third Party contracts.

Requirements

  • Create, manage, and maintain organizational accounts and Military Third Party contracts
  • Set up and maintain authorized billing structures and contract terms
  • Generate accurate and timely invoices
  • Process incoming payments
  • Reconcile Military Third Party organizational accounts
  • Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, state and federal regulations, and military contract requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service support
