Job Description
The University Bursar's Office is seeking an Accounting Associate to support the financial administration of Military Third Party contracts.
Requirements
Create, manage, and maintain organizational accounts and Military Third Party contracts
Set up and maintain authorized billing structures and contract terms
Generate accurate and timely invoices
Process incoming payments
Reconcile Military Third Party organizational accounts
Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails
Ensure compliance with university policies, state and federal regulations, and military contract requirements
