Role OverviewThe Billing and Accounting Assistant will manage firm billing of clients, navigate client billing portals, and provide reports to firm attorneys. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and the ability to learn new software/online interfaces.
What You Will Do
Manage firm billing of clients, navigate client billing portals, manage the pre-bill process, provide reports to firm attorneys, and perform light A/P duties.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and previous A/R and/or e-billing experience. The role requires fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and effective correspondence with the client base.
Requirements

- Previous A/R and/or e-billing experience
- A/P experience
- Previous work history in a law firm setting
- Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
