Job Description
The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) is seeking an Accounting Careers Trainee to work in Hartford. The Accounting Careers Trainee is an on-the-job training program that prepares candidates for a professional accounting or auditing position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related field with at least 15 semester hours in accounting
  • Master's degree in accounting or a closely related field with at least 15 semester hours in accounting
  • Experience in accounting, auditing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
