Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Accounting Controller to lead our accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
What You Will Do
Lead all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and financial reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting best practices
- Experience managing month-end close, audits, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead accounting teams and develop staff
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment
- Experience supporting process improvement, automation, and system implementations is highly desirable
