Role OverviewThe Accounting Coordinator position will have an emphasis on supporting the housing team with business and accounting needs. The position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and month-end accounting duties for Adult Residential Services and Adult Community Services housing activities, as well as maintaining compliance with audits by housing funding agencies.
What You Will Do
Primary job functions include managing day-to-day housing activities, preparing and processing monthly rent payments, maintaining accurate and organized tenant files, and ensuring all databases remain up to date with accurate lease dates, vacancy status, and rent amounts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, two years of accounting experience, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Electronic Health Record systems, is also required.
