Role OverviewThe Accounting Director will lead a team responsible for the global monthly close process, maintaining quality necessary to support financial reporting and audit requirements, and interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders to verify that accounting functions are meeting business needs.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership, direction, and accountability across multiple Corporate Accounting teams, establish and maintain clear expectations, accountability, and development plans for managers and their teams, oversee department workload planning, resource allocation, and prioritization, and drive consistency and standardization across Corporate Accounting teams and processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or directly related field
- At least 10 years of corporate accounting, public accounting, internal audit or directly related experience
- 3+ years managing teams, preferably managing managers with multiple direct reports
- CPA or similar designation, or master's degree in related field preferred
- Management experience
- Understanding of global accounting concepts
