Job Description
CSM Group is seeking an Accounting Director to lead financial operations, manage accounting teams, and provide financial leadership. The role involves overseeing project accounting, payroll, and financial accounting, as well as providing strategic direction for the finance and accounting department. This position requires a balance of strong accounting principles and people skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance function
  • CPA preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in construction accounting
  • Five years’ small team (3-10) Management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Experience in Procore, Sage and Construction ERP software or the ability to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and management skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
