Role OverviewAs an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in public accounting while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, client-focused environment. You will build your accounting knowledge, develop professional skills, and learn what it is like to serve clients in a public accounting firm.
What You Will Do
You will assist with tax preparation, year-end accounting procedures, and tax research, help with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial statements, payroll, sales tax reports, W-2s, and 1099s, and assist with financial statement drafting, audit procedures, review and compilation work, and audit planning.

Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges
- Ability to organize information, solve problems, and manage changing priorities
- Ability to work in a professional office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
Benefits
- Hourly pay: $25.00-$27.00
- Intern housing reimbursement may be available to students who qualify
