Job Description
The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking multiple College Interns to work in our Tax Operating Divisions. As an intern with our department, you will gain hands on experience working with taxation professionals in a number of areas.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving tax issues, resolving items in suspense, assisting in revenue deposits, entering information regarding deposits and transfers, working on special projects, etc.
  • Learn to read and interpret section Title 57 (Taxation) of the Ohio Revised Code and Chapter 5703 of the Ohio Administrative Code.
  • Collaborate with management and peers on new ideas.
  • Interact with taxpayers via phone, live-chat and web messaging.
