Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Services team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, and proficiency in accounting software.

Requirements

  • Handle client's monthly accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, monthly close, budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, and any other advisory-level support needed.
  • Ensure client service teams are performing appropriately and managing responsibilities and deadlines to complete required projects on time and within expectations.
  • Serve clients in a consultative role with an emphasis on exceptional client service and identification of value-added services;
  • Develop comprehensive client service plans (meetings, dates, assignments, etc.) for engagements in collaboration with team.
  • Participate in firm’s practice development efforts by involving yourself in the local business community and participating in proposal opportunities;
  • Participate in firm's performance management process by giving specific, actionable, and timely feedback to team members and completing performance evaluations;
