Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Services team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, and proficiency in accounting software.
Requirements
Handle client's monthly accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, monthly close, budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, and any other advisory-level support needed.
Ensure client service teams are performing appropriately and managing responsibilities and deadlines to complete required projects on time and within expectations.
Serve clients in a consultative role with an emphasis on exceptional client service and identification of value-added services;
Develop comprehensive client service plans (meetings, dates, assignments, etc.) for engagements in collaboration with team.
Participate in firm’s practice development efforts by involving yourself in the local business community and participating in proposal opportunities;
Participate in firm's performance management process by giving specific, actionable, and timely feedback to team members and completing performance evaluations;
