Role OverviewThe Accounting Manager - M&A will lead our mergers & acquisitions efforts, bringing structure, clarity, and technical accounting/tax insight from early diligence through integration. This role exists to keep transactions moving.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include owning M&A deal execution, coordinating due diligence, applying GAAP and IRC structuring knowledge, planning and driving post-merger integration, and leading communication with partners and external advisors.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in corporate/public accounting with M&A exposure, advanced Excel/Microsoft Office skills, strong project management and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with a CPA/CMA certification (or in progress).
