Job Description
Hennepin Healthcare is seeking an Accounting Manager for its Foundation Administration department. The successful candidate will manage the organization's financial operations, develop and prepare financial reports, and supervise professional staff.

Requirements

  • Approves ledger entries, audits transactions, and reviews reconciliations and account support to ensure accuracy of ledger records
  • Develops and prepares reports and financial information/documentation for various levels of management
  • Develops, supervises, and reviews the work of professional direct reports
  • Ensures continual enhancement and subsequent monitoring of accounting systems, audit programs, and procedures for efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyzes and reviews organizational results by offering solutions or recommendations for resolving issues that arise
