Job Description
Manages Accounting Assistants and Accountants, performs GL functions, prepares monthly F/S in accordance with GAAP, analyzes F/S, monitors internal controls, prepares and analyzes budgets, prepares compliance reporting and cash management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required
  • 2 -4 years of accounting required
  • CMA or CPA and leadership experience preferred
  • Personal computer skills: Windows, Word Processing, Spreadsheet and GL
  • Strong mathematical, statistical and analytical skills
  • Communicate effectively verbally/written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: relationship building, listening, and conflict resolution
  • Leadership skills including training, management and feedback
  • Attention to detail and a desire to maintain accuracy and quality
  • Ability and willingness to learn and problem solve
  • Decisive, organized and results oriented
