Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role is operational in nature and responsible for maintaining disciplined financial processes that support business execution.

Requirements

  • 5–12 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (preferred)
  • Experience in construction or service-based businesses preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage month-end close independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to reprioritize tasks as business needs evolve
