Role OverviewThe Accounting Manager, Intercompany Funding will support the accounting function for intercompany funding, distributions, and loans. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills, including the ability to anticipate, identify, and communicate risks cross-functional teams. The position will work in a fast-paced environment, manage through ambiguity and complexity while supporting reporting and approval of intercompany funding activity impacting the global accounting organization.
What You Will Do
Key job responsibilities include supporting various aspects of our accounting and reporting process, end-to-end process ownership to support finance and business partners, understanding internal control design concepts, executing judgments to keep projects moving, and escalating risks and issues as necessary to leadership.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with intercompany accounting is a plus.
Requirements
- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- CPA
- Knowledge of internal control framework (specifically COSO) to assess control design and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of GAAP research tools and the FASB codification
- Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients
- Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions
