The Accounting Manager will be responsible for reviewing financial activity, providing guidance, and mentoring Property Accountants to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property accounting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Experience with property management/accounting systems such as OneSite, Entrata, MRI, or Yardi preferred
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
