Job Description
BioLabs is seeking an Accounting Manager to manage and execute core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, including GP/AP/AR responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation, monthly close, and reporting cycles
  • Proficiency in excel, NetSuite, or similar accounting software
  • Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments
  • Familiarity with audit preparation, vendor management, and expense control
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to attend events outside standard business hours, travel nationally or internationally as needed
