Job Description
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing organization to identify an Accounting Manager. This is a highly visible, hands-on role offering the opportunity to oversee core accounting functions while supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A activity. Hybrid: 4 days/week in office

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
  • Experience managing AP/AR functions and staff
  • Exposure to audit and M&A accounting preferred
  • Background in multi-entity or multi-site environments a plus
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
