The Accounting Manager is a mission-critical role that ensures every donor dollar is honored, tracked, and maximized for impact. The position oversees restricted gifts, pledges, and grants, safeguarding donor intent, and strengthening financial integrity across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing restricted funds and financial tracking.
  • Strong experience with fund balance and bank reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit fund accounting and financial management principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
