Job Description
We’re partnering on a highly visible accounting leadership opportunity with a well-established manufacturing organization. This is a hands-on role built for someone who wants broader operational partnership, team leadership, and long-term succession planning.

Requirements

  • Lead and mentor the AP and AR teams
  • Oversee collections and payments for AP/AR, ensuring appropriate reserves and accruals
  • Manage monthly journal entry preparation, the recording/maintenance of leases
  • Support month-end close, including general ledger account reconciliation, variance analysis, and journal entry preparation
  • Assist with financial audits (internal and external)
  • Support other projects as needed
