Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, monitor and analyse accounting data, establish and enforce proper accounting methods, and supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Requirements
- Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office, accounting software, and databases
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable
